What spaces are available to use for my event?

We can host events in one or all of our available spaces! We have two classrooms, a small event room, and a private tasting space. Our dessert counter space is also available for use during non-business hours.

 

Can I see your space in person?

Of course! You can schedule a tour of our events space by filling out the questionnaire below, or by emailing our

Events Coordinator at events@loveandbuttercream.com. 

 

How many people can be accommodated?

We require a minimum of 8 guests for any private event, and we can accommodate up to 40 guests, depending on the type of event. 

 

How do I hold the date for my event?

Once you have decided to move forward with booking your event, we ask that a 50% deposit be made in order to hold the date. A final head count is due one week out from your event date, along with final payment.

 

Which days and times are available for my event?

We are able to host your event any day of the week, provided the space and date desired has not been previously booked. Events may be held for a minimum of 1.5 hours and timing can extend to suit the needs of your group or party - we are always willing to work with our guests to provide an enjoyable experience for all types of events!

Can we bring in outside food/beverages?

Yes! You are welcome to have your event catered or bring in any food, snacks, or beverages you desire! If you'd like us to supply these items or set up catering, feel free to ask! We have several options available from light snacks and drinks to full-service catering. And, of course, we are happy to work with you to provide any cakes or sweet treats that suit your event!

 

Do you offer crafts or activities?

We do! We offer several types of activities designed to suit the needs/theme of your party and the age of your guests. If there is something specific you're hoping to offer at your party, feel free to bring in ideas and we will work with you to make them come to life!

 

Can we decorate the space ourselves?

Definitely! Feel free to bring in any decor you'd like! We ask that all decorations be approved before use, and that glitter/confetti not be used. We also offer a wide selection of party decorations- from hanging paper pinwheels and lanterns, to plates, napkins, and cutlery, and more! Please ask if you'd like us to set up your decorations for you - we are happy to include this in your package to help your event run more smoothly!

 

Do you have preferred vendors?

We have several industry friends specializing in floral, linens, catering, photography, and more! We would love to get you in touch with these amazing people!

 

What are my options for parking?

Our bakery offers free parking for guest use, located directly to the west and south sides of our building. There is also street parking available surrounding L&B, and structures across Woodward.

 

Is there a cancellation policy?

If event cancellation needs to be made, we ask that we are notified at least two weeks prior. If two weeks notice is not given, L&B reserves the right to issue a refund less expenses incurred. Of course, we realize unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we always do our best to accommodate our guests during these times.
