L&B is temporarily operating in a limited capacity to ensure the safety and health of our families, friends, business, community, and economy.
Because we make everything custom and from scratch, we do kindly ask for a notice of 72 hours to reschedule your order or to cancel your order for a full refund or store credit.
If your order is scheduled for pickup within 72-36 hours, the maximum amount issued will be your choice of up to a 50% refund or 75% store credit based on the production status of your order at the time of cancellation. Please note, many of our custom elements are handmade and require several days to complete. These items may not be eligible for refund or store credit.
If you do not cancel your order, or if cancellation is made within 36 hours of your scheduled pick-up date, no refund will be issued.
At this time, with limited or no in-person or voicemail access, cancellations will only be accepted via email. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any order adjustments or cancellations.

How do I place an order with your bakery?
You can place an order via email at email@example.com, by using the form on our Contact page or through our Online Shops! At this time, all orders must be paid in full before they are considered "placed".
Do you offer delivery?
We do, depending on date availability with a minimum order of $50. Please contact the store for more information.
How long will my desserts keep?
All desserts are best the day they are purchased, since we bake fresh daily. Buttercream frosted cupcakes will hold up if stored in an air-tight container for 1-2 days at room temperature. Cream cheese frosted cupcakes should be stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days (the fridge will dry the cake out the longer it’s stored). Whoopie Pies and Macarons will keep 2-3 days, air tight in the fridge, served at room temp.
Do you offer allergen-free items?
We always do our best to accommodate when an allergy is known, but we do have common allergens present in our bakery including nuts, eggs, dairy, and gluten. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that your items will be 100% allergen free, as particles are present in the air, but we always do our best to clean and sanitize tools and workstations thoroughly after each project. If we should be aware of any allergies, please let us know, and we will add a note to your order!
Do you offer corporate logos on cupcakes and/or cookies?
Yes, we can make a replica of your logo! Please contact us for details on placing a custom order.
Do you offer dessert bars for weddings or special events?
We do! Love & Buttercream offers a wide variety of customizable desserts and dessert tables. We take great pride in creating stunningly sweet masterpieces that your guests will be talking about for days. Check out our Weddings tab for more information!
Do you offer edible metallic decorations for the cake or treats I'd like to order?
We'd love to add gold, silver, rose gold, or bronze decorations to your special order items! We do, however, recommend that any metallic decoration be removed before eating, as they are not considered edible.
