Learn the art of preparing the perfect holiday pies at L&B! You will learn the science behind the perfect pie dough, then make, roll, and cut the dough. You'll use classic Michigan ingredients to create two scrumptious pie fillings! Then, learn simple pie decorating techniques to take your pies to the next level. The L&B team will share tips on freezing, thawing, and baking your pies for the holidays! Each guest will go home with two 9" pies ready for the holidays, along with recipes for pie dough, fillings, and thawing & baking instructions! This is an event for all ages, but children under 15 must be supervised by an adult.

"Please note that space for each class is limited and payment must be made in advance to secure your spot. Any cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to class date. Credit will be given towards a class at a future date, or toward sweets at either of our shops. Due to the hands on nature of our events, and the prep work involved for our team, no refunds or credits can be given if cancellation notice is given less than 48 hours prior to the event date. If you'd like, you are welcome to send someone in your place. All classes start promptly at scheduled start time, so please plan on arriving 5 to 10 minutes prior to start time.
