Due to ever-changing current events, order availability is being evaluated frequently depending on the circumstances within our community. At this time, we are accepting orders for pickup after April 12th, with the exception of Gift Certificates, which can be purchased anytime. If you choose to place an order in the coming weeks, please know that we may need to reschedule your pick-up, and we will work with you to determine a new date that is both convenient for you, and safe for all of us. Our primary goal is to keep our customers, our team members, and all of our families as healthy and safe as possible, and we appreciate your patience and support during this time.
As a reminder, Because we make everything custom and from scratch, we do ask for a notice of 72 hours to cancel your order for a full refund. If your order is scheduled for pickup within 72-36 hours and has been paid in full, the maximum refund amount issued will be 50% of your total payment. If you do not cancel your order, or if cancellation is made within 36 hours of your scheduled pick-up date, no refund will be issued. At this time, due to limited or no in-person or voicemail access, cancellations will only be accepted via email. Please reach out to us at email@example.com for any order adjustments or cancellations.
Gift Certificates will continue to be available to purchase at any time.
Certificates may be picked up on the date of your choosing, provided there is staff in the bakery to assist you. If a pickup cannot be accommodated, we will reach out to notify you. Alternatively, you may choose to have your certificate mailed to you - we would be more than happy to do so!

(Orders must be placed at least FOUR operating days before pick-up)
Step 3: Once all items have been added, check out online!
Step 4: Receive automated confirmation email when order has been processed.
Step 5: Bring your receipt in-store to pick up your order!
